The sub-tropical climate allows for perfect growing conditions of Macadamia Trees, however land space for orchards in this region is limited and only a small number of private orchards produce a fully developed and flavoured Macadamia Nut. After 30 years of crop and orchard development the Macadamia crop is once again ready to harvest and preparations have already begun. All harvesting and processing is done by hand, ensuring a pure macadamia nut product that comes from the tree to your table. We use only the finest organic compost for the trees and combine nuts with pure, natural local honey to produce, what we think, is one of the tastiest natural treats you can find. The local honey has many health benefits and when infused with the natural oils and flavours of macadamia nuts, the benefits can be felt with every taste. Can you run faster?
